You can go to https://pascal-citadel.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01PASCAL_CITAD:CITAD then in the far right upper corner is a sign in. After signing in you can view your loans and you will see a renew icon option.

Your check out item must not be overdue.  Overdue items need to be returned to the library, fine paid, and then re-checked out.
